Gur Shomron (Chairman of the Board)
Gur Shomron co-founded Fidelis Diagnostics and has served as the Chairman of the Board since its inception. Mr. Shomron has founded several technology companies during his career, and invested in many others. Mr. Shomron took his first company, Quality Computers 77 Ltd., public on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He later sold the company to the Formula Group, and ran the international investments of the group. Mr. Shomron founded and was the president of Foraz R&D VC Fund, which invested in prominent Israeli technology companies such as Retalix (RTLX), Optisystems, Phonetic Systems and others. Mr. Shomron also served as CEO and/or Chairman of private and public technology companies, including Mainsoft, Blue Phoenix and others. Mr. Shomron currently serves as a director of several private and public companies, including WalkMe Ltd.
Flynn Wilson (CEO)
Flynn Wilson co-founded Fidelis Diagnostics and is an active board member and the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to that Mr. Wilson worked with the founding team at RelayHealth, now a billion-dollar division of McKesson (NYSE:MCK), collaborating with prominent physicians and other medical practitioners to design innovative clinical products. Previously, Mr. Wilson was a healthcare consultant and developed medical billing/ practice management software. He sold 2 medical billing/practice management software products to publically traded companies. He previously owned Charter Network and MedNet Corporation. Mr. Wilson has a Master in Business Science from Columbia State University.
Mark Dorner (CTO)
Mark Dorner co-founded Fidelis Diagnostics and he is an active board member and the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to co-founding Fidelis, Mr. Dorner was the founder and President of a consulting firm delivering enterprise solutions to Global 100 corporations. Prior to that Mr. Dorner worked with the founding team at RelayHealth, now a billion-dollar division of McKesson (NYSE:MCK), collaborating with prominent physicians and other medical practitioners to design innovative clinical products. Mr. Dorner is a graduate of the Israeli Defense Force Elite computing division and is an active board member and supporter of the American Technion Society.
Amir London (COO)
Amir London joined Fidelis Diagnostics in August 2011 as the company Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining Fidelis Diagnostics, Mr. London was the CEO of Promedico, a leading Israeli-based $350 million healthcare distribution company, and the General Manager of Cure Medical, providing contract manufacturing solutions for clinical studies, as well as compounding services for home-care providers. Prior to that, for 10 years Mr. London was a Partner with Tefen, an international publicly-traded operations management consulting firm, responsible for the firm's global biopharma practice. During those years, Mr. London also founded and led a global BioPharma Operations Excellence Consortium, consisting of over 40 leading international BioPharma companies. Mr. London holds a B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel.
Yanir Ram (CFO)
Yanir Ram joined Fidelis Diagnostics as a board member in 2005 advising in areas of finance, accounting and operations, and in November 2011 assumed the responsibility of Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Ram is also co-founder and executive of DRI Holdings, Inc. — a real estate investment and holding company, and an investor and advisor to several high tech start-ups. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ram was Director of Marketing and Strategy for RightOrder, Inc. — a data management company. Prior to RightOrder, Mr. Ram was Director of Operations for Tefen - an international publicly-traded operations management consulting firm. During his time with Tefen, Ram was responsible for managing several teams of consultants and project managers in complex operational excellence consulting projects. Mr. Ram holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.
Patrick Souter (General Counsel)
Patrick Souter joined Fidelis in 2005 as General Counsel. Mr. Souter is a member of the Health Care Section at Looper Reed & McGraw. A native of Dallas, Texas, Mr. Souter obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Juris Doctorate from Baylor University and is currently a candidate in the M.B.A. Program for Health Services Management at the University of Dallas. He is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and has gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District and Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court. Additionally, Mr. Souter is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Souter is also certified by the American Health Lawyers Association as a Mediator and Arbitrator.
